SuperPark Membership Terms and Conditions
- All memberships are valid for one year, and privileges will expire after the expiration date.
- SuperPark Kuwait will provide no refund or redemption for any unclaimed or unused privileges.
- All privileges and discounts are offered upon presentation of the membership card.
- Membership Benefits cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other promotional offers and rewards unless specified as part of SuperPark Kuwait’s membership scheme.
- Membership card is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- SuperPark Kuwait reserves the right to close the premises for maintenance, private bookings, and other events.
- SuperPark Kuwait reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.superpark.com.kw. Your continued participation in our Membership Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- SuperPark Kuwait reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Membership Program if we believe you have engaged in a fraudulent or unlawful activity or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions apply to SuperPark Kuwait’s Membership Program and is governed by the appropriate laws.
